Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome, but we strongly recommend booking in advance — especially at weekends — to guarantee your preferred time slot.
Is there an age restriction?
VR experiences are suitable for ages 7 and above. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Some intense experiences are recommended for ages 16+.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, casual clothing and flat, closed-toe shoes. Avoid loose jewellery or accessories that may interfere with the VR equipment.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% fee.
