3. Bookings and Cancellations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us.
• Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered.

4. Health and Safety

• Participants must be at least 7 years of age. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Some experiences are recommended for ages 16+ due to intense content.
• Participants with epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, or other medical conditions should consult their doctor before participating.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we deem unfit to participate safely.
• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VR Playground Hub Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All content on vrplaygroundhub.info, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of VR Playground Hub Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Governing Law
